How long will it take?

For plain, non-personalised orders, items are usually dispatched within 3 working days.

For orders with customisation we offer a 3-tiered delivery service:

Premium, Express and Economy. You will see estimated delivery dates for the available options after you have provided your delivery address at checkout.

How will my parcel arrive?

Deliveries are made by DPD couriers.

You’ll receive an email/SMS from DPD on the morning of your delivery with a 1-hour timeslot. If you need to rearrange or perhaps tell them to leave your parcel with a neighbour then this can all be done via the link in the message.

About the Free Logo

GoCustom Packs include free customisation using your logo or design in one position.

For packs containing different style garments, the customisation must be in the same position on all garments.

Customisation Colour
You should try to ensure that the design you upload will work well with all the colours of the garments that you choose. For example, a white logo would not work if your pack includes black t-shirts and white t-shirts. We recommend choosing your garments in all light or all dark colours so that they contrast well with your artwork.

When processing your order we will highlight any concerns we have with the artwork, in the event that a separate colour artwork may be needed for some garments we will ask you to pay a separate service charge.
